How long do orders take to be shipped?

I aim to send items out for shipping within 2 - 4 working days Monday-Friday.

Please note that I am one person packaging your order by hand.

How long will my order take to arrive?

[UK Standard Shipping] Up to 3 working days

[US and Canada Standard Shipping] 1 - 3 working weeks depending on location.

[Worldwide Standard Shipping] 3 - 6weeks depending on Location.

Please allow plenty of time for items sent to outside of the UK. Delays due to holiday periods or costums are unfortunately out of my control. Please contact me via email if there are any issues.

Can I cancel or change my order details?

Yes but only before it's sent out for shipping.

Cancellations 24hrs after your purchase do not apply.

Do you offer Refunds/ Returns?

I received damaged items, what should I do?

I pack items securely and there is very little chance of damage. Any damages to your items after dispatch are unfortunately out of my control so there is nothing I can do.
Where are your products manufactured?

Prints and stickers are handmade by me. Keychains and Badges are produced by Chinese Manufacturer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
