What are your shipping details?

I ship from United Kingdom to:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • South Korea
  • China
  • Japan
  • UK

Standard Shipping is NOT TRACKED. It's recommended to upgrade to 'TRACKED' shipping for faster delivery.

Badges and Keychains are Tracked by default
How long do orders take to be shipped?

I aim to send items out for shipping within 2 - 4 working days Monday-Friday.

Please note that I am one person packaging your order by hand.

Please contact me if you have any issues and I will try to resolve them asap.
How long will my order take to arrive?

[UK Standard Shipping] Up to 3 working days

[US and Canada Standard Shipping] 1 - 4 working weeks depending on location.

[Worldwide Standard Shipping] 4 - 8 weeks depending on Location.

Please allow plenty of time for items sent outside of the UK without tracking. Upgraded 'Tracked' Shipping is recommended for quicker delivery.
Can I cancel or change my order details?

Yes but only before it's sent out for shipping.

Cancellations 24hrs after your purchase do not apply.

Do you offer Refunds/ Returns?

It depends on the situation. If you have a problem with your order please send me an email (Peachuudumplings@gmail.com), I will sort it out.

I received damaged items, what should I do?

I pack items securely and there is very little chance of damage. Any damages to your items after dispatch are unfortunately out of my control so there is nothing I can do.
Where are your products manufactured?

Prints and stickers are handmade by me. Keychains and Badges are produced by Chinese Manufacturer.
Do you do Art Commissions?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
